Because of the clumping feature, I do get an extra day or two with this though.

Like most odor controlling litters, after a few days, the effect seems to wear off and I can smell the litter box as usual. This makes it easier to clean the pan too. Because of the clumps, I can scoop out all the messes and then proceed to dispose of the litter without fear of getting urine or other waste on myself. I am careful to keep enough litter in the pan to be able to have an easy time scooping. The clumping litter makes clean up so much easier. The clumps allow me to get mostly all the urine out of the box and keep smells to a minimum. I like that the clumps form and I can get the urine out quickly. Be sure to use a lot of litter because when the cats urinate, the clumps can stick to the pan. It can be messy cleanups if you don't use enough letter. The clumping feature is nice but if you don't use enough litter, the urine soaks through to the bottom of the litter box and the clumps just cling to the plastic.

A word of caution with this litter is to be sure to get it nice and deep. The odor blocker seems to work well and I can keep my litter for up to a week if I am careful to scoop everyday or multiple times per day. True It works well but you have to be sure to add enough litter. It is dust free so pouring it in the box was really easy. It controlled odor decently but not enough for my sensitive nose. It also seemed to get outside the box more than other litters so I was having to clean the floor a lot more. It did not form tight hard clumps like I am used to and it was hard to get all the pellets out of the box that were soiled. These little corncob pellets really do absorb moisture very well. I thought the smell was not masked as well as it could have been, and it did not clump like I would like it to. It is almost completely dust free which I liked and all natural but for us it was not something we could use long term. This litter also has a pine odor which reminded me of floor cleaner and actually gave me a headache. It says it clumps but it really does not clump all that well. This is one expensive litter! We got this for after our cat's surgery, he refused to go in the newspaper pellets so we tried this one, which is corncob pellets.
